Back! Currently in Round 2, Week 1

VLCD #5, Round 2

Back!
Day 1 of vlcd.  Chicken and tomato for lunch.  I love fresh food and the feeling I get eating non-processed food!  Processed food and overly carby foods = lethargic me.  Fresh = energized. I didn’t get on the scale this morning - the plan is weigh in on Friday morning. Work is busy, so I must get back to it, but wanted to do a quickie post.

TOM & Why'd I Start Now?
So TOM is here, I’m miserable and realizing why I had originally set it to start round 2 this coming weekend (AFTER TOM).  So I’m going on a mini-break until Monday.  I will gather my bearings (save my drops!) and do a mini-load this weekend.  NSV - one of my many bosses came to me yesterday and said I was melting away in front of him and that I looked great :)

Munchie Monster

Onederland :)

LDW - 200.2lbs
I so, wanted to see 199.9 on the scale this morning.  After seeing 200.2lbs yesterday I thought I would but nope.  And..today is my last drop day which means this is the weight to use for maintenance :/ But on a happy note, I have lost 27lbs of fat since January 9th and I feel healthier and so much better about myself. 5 Drop Days Left! M1 Here I Come!
I am not sure how feasible it is for me to really, really, really, really wish to have lost 30lbs by Saturday morning (LDW) but I really, really, really, really want it.  Currently I am down 26.3 lbs so it is only 3.7lbs but with my body who knows, lol. hCG Italian Wedding Soup
1 1/4 low fat, low sugar chicken broth 3 cups of spinach 3oz of extra lean ground beef Cook up the ground beef and put aside. Place chicken broth and spinach in a pot on medium to cook spinach. Very disappointed in the scale

The last couple of days have been very interesting scale wise and each morning I get excited to weigh myself to see if it will continue.  These are my weigh-ins for the last few days: 02/16/12 - 208.4lbs (-0.4) lowest weight before going off plan 02/17/12 - 210.1lbs (+1.7) fell off wagon 02/20/12 - 213.5lbs (+3.4) fell off wagon 02/21/12 - 212.3lbs (-1.2) back on wagon 02/22/12 - 210.5lbs (-1.8)...

Day 1 of Remaining 21
My weight is slowly coming back down from my fall off the proverbial wagon. Yesterday I was 212.3lbs (up from 208.4lbs Feb 16) and this morning I showed 210.5lbs - 2.10lbs to get back to my low weight and then onward and downward! I am sooooo glad to be back on track :)  Today for lunch:  chicken and tomato :)  What about you?

The Best Intentions
Yesterday I had a birthday lunch to go to at Canyon creek and found the only thing I could have (there was no steak on the menu but prime rib) was a salad so I made it a chicken caesar which of course only has parts of it on protocol. Day 27 - Stupid Scale
I am not sure what is going on with the scale but I will not give in to bad food choices!  Considering that my official weigh in yesterday was 210.7 and later I saw 210.2 and today 212.1 - I’m a bit perturbed.  My 30 days is on Thursday - I so wanted to see 20lbs lost and was on track until today… Must be strong!

For dinner I took my father to East Side Marios.  I didn’t have my most favourite meal of mine (Spicey Sausage Penne) but had a grilled chicken caesar salad.  It was a cheat because a) I ate the croutons, b) it had salad dressing, c) I ate more than 2 cups of lettuce and d) I ate the bacon.  I didn’t eat the whole plate (it was huge!) but damn it was delicious!
